Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz Coming to a Revolution Near You…

I’m sure you’re as big a fan of throwing a monkey in a hamster ball and sending him or her around in a dizzying array of frustrating platform levels.  No doubt you experienced multiple frustrations as monkey after monkey went plummeting to their death.

Then the 360 arrived, and with it:  Marble Blast Ultra.  No, there were no squeaky primates in those marbles, just shiny globules of pure ball-bearing business.  But, marble blast had one thing crucial to the future of the spherical rolling-platforming genre…  the jump.

A full auto sequel?

Pseudo interactive’s director has indicated "more racing combat" is coming our way.

It seems interesting that this game would get support for a sequel, although I feel it’s well earned.  Full-Auto to me was a great idea, with mediocre execution.  The possibilites with the title, are pretty limitless though.  The only information we have on what another Full-Auto title might have is: "More stunts. Better destruction. More destruction. Different environments." (that is assuming he’s even talking about a sequel, although that is a pretty sequel-like quote).

Open Letter to M$

To kick off the Interactive Entertainment section of Interscription, I’m posting a document I pieced together after months of hammering away at the Xbox 360. I’ve sent this to Microsoft through a couple of different online avenues, and received some fairly expected form letters in return. I can only hope someone in that “Bo-Hwee-Muth” of a company will take heed; those “other” folks are right around the corner, and I hear they have a shiny new thing to show the world…

Our Scoring

So, one of the things this site is about, is getting an unbiased scoop on the latest in entertainment from power users. When Tim and I first started kicking this idea around, one of the impetuses for our desire to throw our hats in the ring was the overall lack of quality reviews on the web.

G.R.A.W. online

Last night we powered GRAW up for a little co-op goodness.  We’ve been playing through the single player somewhat slowly, not because the game isn’t a hoot, but more because it’s something like a French pastry; incredibly rich, sweet, and harmful if taken in large doses.  The game just simply requires a lot of focus for extended periods, more than say the digestible chunks of Burnout Revenge, which can give you an instant 6 minutes of fun with no further thoughts.
