I recently purchased a Sony Bravia myself and while playing with the settings, I noticed the same skipping on some settings while it went away completely on others. The following settings are just my taste, use your own judgement when choosing what works for you. I have found that for me, for movies, set Cinemotion to Auto 1 and Motionflow to standard for a good experience. For a normal looking tv setup, turn both off completely. For animated and blu ray, use Motionflow high and Cinemotion auto 1. For videogames, use game mode, Motionflow high and Cinemotion auto 2. This works for me on my 120Hz Sony tv.
