This would happen…

*SNRK* A friend of mine at work sent me this. Don’t know where he got it, but I’d say it’s probably a fairly good representation of Mr. Moore’s inner wishes.
Yeah, the man has spit an awful lot of bile about the film. I can understand not liking what Hollywood does with your creations. While I can understand the venom in cases like From Hell, Constantine, and The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, you should at least give people their due when they actually do try to remain faithful to the source material. I think both V for Vendetta, and from what I’m hearing, Watchmen really tried to get it right. And while they may not have gotten everything, they got a lot right. Obviously, I’m reserving final judgment until I get to see Watchmen. Basically, I think Moore should realize that not every movie adaptation is going to hurt him like From Hell or Swamp Thing did. We know Alan, those nasty movies punched you right in your creativity. It’s ok. We won’t let the bad films get you any more. Well, actually, Hollywood being what it is, I’m sure the next project will send him into conniptions all over again, and he’ll have to content himself with his legions of fans and surplus of critical praise and respect. *SIGH* Heh. Seriously though, he’s been spewing bile for a long time, and I think the guy should calm down a little and wait and see before he passes judgment. But then again, he’s a bit of a prickly pear, so he’ll probably keep doing that as long as they make movies out of his comics. We shall see. And I don’t expect to see anything different.
Carry on Smartly.
